Product Composition
- Small glass containers are primarily made of borosilicate glass.
- There is a brown-transparent type with added iron oxide. It consists of a glass container, a rubber stopper, and an aluminum cap.
Product Features
- Vials are classified into Injection Vials and Blow Back Vials based on the molded shape of the outer diameter.
- The most commonly used vial is the Injection Vial, which is used by filling it with contents, sealing it with a rubber stopper, and securing it with an aluminum cap.
- Aluminum caps are divided into two types: Flip-off caps for pharmaceuticals and Tear caps for functional cosmetics.
- Blow Back vials have a groove on the inner part of the head, allowing the rubber stopper to fit into the groove during freeze-drying, which helps release the internal pressure of the vial. These vials are mainly used for freeze-drying, but recently, they are also commonly used for functional cosmetic containers, especially for liquid and powder storage.
