01

Natural Ingredient Extraction, Separation, and Purification Technology

To extract beneficial compounds from natural ingredients, we first analyze the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials to select the most suitable extraction method. This process enhances extraction efficiency, concentrates desired active compounds, and refines them into high-purity raw materials for product development. By considering the extreme hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of substances, we select appropriate solvents and apply advanced techniques such as chromatography and raw material separation. Through rigorous purification and stabilization processes, we ensure the final products are both safe and highly effective.

Autophagy-Induced Functional Material Development & Commercialization Technology

Autophagy, derived from the Greek words for "self" and "eating," is a crucial mechanism that breaks down unnecessary or damaged organelles within cells. This process is essential for clearing and maintaining the cellular microenvironment. In particular, mitophagy refers to the selective degradation of mitochondria within the cell. By breaking down damaged mitochondria, this process plays a vital role in preserving the function of mitochondria, which are essential for cellular energy production.

Technology for the Functionalization of Hydrophobic Components

Certain active ingredients that provide positive effects on the skin (e.g., flavonoids, polyphenols, isoflavones, glutathione) face challenges due to their poor solubility in water, ethanol, or solvents, leading to instability and difficulties in formulation.
Problem
Poorly soluble functional ingredients may not dissolve well in water, ethanol, or solvents, resulting in instability and limitations in formulation applications. These include W/O (Water-in-Oil), O/W (Oil-in-Water), W/S (Water-in-Solid), and W/O/W (Water-in-Oil-in-Water) types.
Solution
Various emulsification methods can be utilized to enhance the bioavailability of these active ingredients for improved skin efficacy. Different emulsification techniques are selected based on the characteristics and solubility of each active compound. This approach simultaneously enhances product stability and skin absorption efficiency.

Liposome/Exosome Skin Booster Technology

- Low-molecular bioactive ingredients: Resveratrol, lycopene, vitamins → Liposomes
- High-molecular bioactive ingredients: Proteins, DNA, RNA → Exosomes
By combining liposome and exosome technologies, both low-molecular and high-molecular bioactive ingredients can be effectively delivered to the skin. This enables the development of skin booster formulations that optimize efficacy and absorption.
