Product Composition
  • Silicon dioxide (SiO2) is the main component, and both quartz and silica are used. Both are nearly pure minerals that are heated at high temperatures and injected in a liquid state.

  • Vials are classified into Injection Vials and Blow Back Vials based on the molded shape of the outer diameter.
  • The most commonly used vial is the Injection Vial, which is used by filling it with contents, sealing it with a rubber stopper, and securing it with an aluminum cap.
  • Aluminum caps are divided into two types: Flip-off caps for pharmaceuticals and Tear caps for functional cosmetics.
  • Blow Back vials have a groove on the inner part of the head, allowing the rubber stopper to fit into the groove during freeze-drying, which helps release the internal pressure of the vial. These vials are mainly used for freeze-drying, but recently, they are also commonly used for functional cosmetic containers, especially for liquid and powder storage.
